Our boat ramp is only for use by tenants of Sea Breeze. Please report unauthorized use to the manager immediately. |
DOCKAGE |
Do not use a boat slip unless the manager assigned it to you. Do not lend your boat slip without notifying the manager. |
WIND |
Always secure your boat in preparation for random 35+ knot gusts. |
FUELING |
Do not fuel your boat while docked. |
WATER HOSES |
Please, turn off hoses at the faucet when not in use, coil and secure off the sidewalk |
TRASH |
Remove all trash from marinas. Please, do not use bin in laundry room. Take all trash to the dumpster on “Catfish Alley” on the far south end of the park. |
DRY STORAGE |
Please park all trailers, back end in. Clearly mark your trailer to avoid towing. Secure all personal items. |
SECURITY |
The Park does not provide security and will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Lock all trailers, storage bins, motors, etc. |
PARKING |
Do not park your vehicle on or near the boat ramp or recreation area. All boats and trailers are to be parked either at your mobile home or in dry storage. No boats are to park in the excess parking area at the far north end of the park on “Reiner St.” This area reserved for cars, trucks and vans. Violators will be towed. |
FISH CLEANING |
Use the provided fish cleaning facility to clean all fish. Do not clean fish at your lot. Please, leave the table, as you would like to find it. |
MARINA and CANAL |
Our marinas and canals are no wake zones. Individuals that cause wake will have all their marina privileges revoked and no refund offered. |
BE SAFE |
Have fun but please, be safe; we care about you and our environment. |
